We want our customers to love our products, but due to the unique, handmade nature of many of our products, we are unable to offer returns at this time.

What's next?   Funny you should ask.  Pride month is coming up in June, and we will be offering some fun LGBTQ+ oriented metaphysical products.  Because we're all family. <3

Not exactly!  We will allow certain handcrafted items to be backordered, but we cannot take specific commission requests.  We are a very small, fledgling  business and we are trying hard to offer our customers unique products in a small array of styles/colors/etc.  We just cannot accommodate every variation at this point.  Perhaps in the future we will be able to offer more personalized requests.

Please note that shipping is based on USPS rates.  Certain items (such as products containing essential oils) are ONLY available to be shipped USPS ground.  (They are actually considered flammable by the postal service and we have to follow their rules).  Plan ahead if you are ordering an oil-based product!  It may take a longer than average amount of time to reach you because of its composition.

Right now, there is no international shipping available, but we are working towards that for the immediate future.

Right now, we are an internet-sales only business.  However, we are definitely planning for our eventual physical brick-and-mortar store.  It is a long-term goal, but one we hope to achieve sooner than we think!

But since you asked, lets clear some things up:

• No, we're not evil. 
•  We are not Satan worshippers.  
• We aren't opening portals or dimensions to allow evil into the world.
• We aren't a cult.
• We're not interested in indoctrinating anyone. 
• We don't judge you for how you follow your spiritual path.  
• In fact, we hope to offer metaphysical products to all types of practitioners and to support a multitude of different cultural practices.  The world could use more of that, don't you think?

 We are nature-based practitioners (although each of us practices that belief in  slightly different ways.)

We are  looking to serve the metaphysical and spiritual needs of those in the Appalachian Mountains and beyond, by offering goods that we think are useful and/or that we personally use ourselves in our practices.  We are  particularly  focused on the creation of hand-crafted products for those folks who do not have the time/energy/tools/knowledge to make their own.   

We all happen to be connected to the same place and to each other because we are friends and family by choice.   We were lucky enough to find each other.  We know that many people out there don't have a supportive community because of how they identify.  We aim to  create safe space for those folks whose ideas and goals align with ours.

You don't have to be an earth-based practitioner, a pagan, or a witch, to feel like part of Coven.  

There is magic all around you, if you just take time to stop and notice it... no matter what religious label you choose to wear.
